With the two internal frames all cut out its time to glue them together.
Here they are laid out on a plastic drop cloth, the joints are filled with epoxy thickened with sawdust, covered with masking tape and weighted into place.
No horizontal clamping pressure is used.
The masking tape is just to keep the weight from getting glued to the frame. If I had done these one at a time I could have just folded the drop cloth over as I went along and skipped the masking tape. I may have to pick up a second drop cloth for future builds.
