This board is going together like a dream.
I’ve got both internal frames “pre-glued” with CA instant glue.
The second frame went together in less than an hour using only a ruler and my Japanese hand saw.

And a shot of them stacked the way they will eventually sit when the layers are glued up:
Next step is to start gluing up the top and bottom decks.
I’m loving this CA glue so much I think I’m going to use it to pre-glue the top and bottom decks as well. I haven’t quite decided how to do that though. I’ve got a couple of ideas kicking around but I’m not sure which one I like best. I’ll have to sit down and really think it over before I proceed.
